PLANNING NOTE
A better set of hotel questions.
Turn essential room requirements into specific questions before paying.

Ask about the exact room
Name the category and dates when asking a question. Confirm the beds, occupancy and bathroom arrangement. If a feature is essential, request an answer about that room rather than the hotel in general. Keep the answer with the reservation.
Describe accessibility requirements precisely
Ask about steps at the entrance, lift access, doorway clearance and the bathroom features relevant to you. An accessible-room label is a starting point for a conversation. It does not describe every dimension, fixture or route, and availability must be confirmed for the chosen dates.
Check arrival and departure
Ask where a driver should stop, how to reach reception with luggage and whether an early arrival needs an extra night. Check-in and late check-out depend on the actual offer and availability. Include any fee in the comparison before choosing a rate.
Make meals and laundry concrete
Ask about breakfast inclusions, meal service hours and laundry turnaround. A kitchenette category needs an equipment list if preparing meals is part of your plan. Compare these arrangements with the tasks you expect to repeat.
Save the terms that matter
Record the cancellation deadline, payment timing and conditions for extra nights. Compare the same dates and occupancy on Expedia and Trip.com. For personal medical requirements, seek guidance from the treating team; a booking provider’s hotel facilities list cannot answer those questions.
