PLANNING NOTE
Choose your stay around the appointment.
Put the confirmed address, room and repeated journeys in the same comparison.

Begin with the appointment confirmation
Write down the exact campus, building and entrance supplied by the appointment team. Similar names can refer to separate locations. In Singapore, our shortlist deliberately separates Novena from Orchard. In Bengaluru, the Old Airport Road campus should not be confused with another Manipal location.
Compare the journeys you will repeat
Look at the hotel-to-appointment route, arrival with luggage and the return journey. Decide whether the plan relies on walking, a taxi or another transfer. Ask about the actual entrance and drop-off point. Treat online journey times as estimates that can change with traffic and access conditions.
Choose a category, not just a hotel
A photograph of a large room does not describe every category. Compare bed setup, bathroom arrangement and usable space in the room you intend to reserve. If a companion needs a separate bed, put that requirement into the booking search rather than assuming it will be supplied.
Put everyday logistics beside the rate
Meal options, laundry and the ability to extend the stay affect the full cost. A kitchenette can change the routine, but check its equipment and the selected category. The Hilton Embassy GolfLinks listing illustrates why named categories deserve attention.
Keep the right questions with the right team
Ask the hotel about accommodation features and the treating team about individual medical or discharge requirements. Save the property’s answers and your booking conditions. These planning notes describe travel logistics and do not establish whether a hotel is medically appropriate for a particular person.
